After setting up and publishing your show, we highly recommend reviewing the public-facing experience to ensure all information is accurate. Typos happen, and details often evolve in the weeks leading up to a horse show—it's essential to make sure exhibitors are seeing the most up-to-date and correct information.
As your show progresses and changes occur, we encourage you to regularly check the Public Dashboard. Horse Spot automatically updates schedules and ringside results in real time as you save changes within your Manager Portal—helping you stay in sync without missing a beat. Still, we can’t emphasize this enough: it's always worth double-checking the exhibitor view to catch any human errors and to ensure you're delivering a smooth, accurate experience.
